Academy Foundation

The Academy Foundation module is designed for anyone involved in culture management. 
 During this one-day module, participants will be introduced to the concept of culture, 
 Walking the Talk models, and methodology for building culture in organisations. At the end 
of this module, participants will understand the stages in a culture management process
 and be able to articulate a clear strategic imperative for culture change.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

Academy Influence

This two-day course is designed for culture champions, HR teams, and any others who will be 
the ‘conscience’ of the culture. Participants
 will learn practical, day-to-day skills needed to impact others at the ‘BE’ level in order
 to reach a tipping point in the culture change journey, leaving with the skills needed to influence behaviour in teams.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

Academy Merge

This two-day module is designed for individuals in situations where two cultures are coming 
together. For example, mergers between companies or business units, acquisitions, outsourcing, 
or joint ventures. Participants will understand the cultural impact of the merger and discover what can

Academy Build

The Build module is designed for the HR teams and individuals who will be leading
 and developing a culture business plan. They will then become the culture champions of the company. 
 This two-day module focuses on operating a systematic culture management process. 
 At the end of this module, participants will be able to complete the business case for 
culture change and present it to senior executives. They will also be ready to start the process of writing a culture business plan.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

Academy Lead

Managers, high-potential leaders, and executives in highly visible roles can benefit from 
this two-day course in understanding their personal roles in leading culture. Participants will learn to identify 
the links between their behaviour and the strategies they want to implement. At the end of this 
module, individuals will have explored their own attitudes, feelings, values, and behaviour
